(1) A Technical Test Consultative Committee has been constituted as follows for the purpose of making the technical test work effective:-
(a) Chief, National Vigilance Center Coordinator
(b) Secretary or Joint Secretary designated by him, Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction member
(c) the Secretary or a member of the Ministry of Water Resources designated by the Joint Secretary (d) The Secretary or the Joint Secretary appointed by him, a member of the Ministry of Local Development (e) The Secretary or the Joint Secretary designated by him, Member of the National Planning Commission (f) Expert member of the concerned subject selected by the Centre (g) Joint Secretary of the Center (Technical Testing Division) Member-Secretary
(2) The meeting of the Technical Test Consultative Committee shall be held at least twice a year.
(3) The technical test consultation committee may invite an expert of a subject to the meeting as needed.
(4) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Technical Test Consultative Committee shall be as determined by the said committee.
